I am a psychologist in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) certification training.
Thoughts, emotions and behavior are interconnected.
That’s why I try to change these processes with clients in order to improve their psychological experience. In addition to proven CBT techniques, I also use relaxation exercises of controlled breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, or mindfulness meditation. In practice, I focus primarily on the treatment of anxiety disorders and depression, but also on interpersonal relationships, stress and various emotional problems.
During my doctoral studies, I engaged in training focused on self-criticism and self-compassion using mobile applications. I am the author and co-author of professional psychological studies in foreign academic journals. I regularly participate in conferences and professional trainings.
